Today there are 10 faculties, postgraduate studies department, the Institute of Continuing Education, two specialized schools, scientific laboratories, biological studying centre “Liubuzh”, publishing centre. More than 40 thousand specialists of high professional standard have graduated from the University since its foundation in 1913. Many of them became famous teachers, scientists, writers, public figures. A. Lukashenko - the first president of Belarus — was among the graduates of the University.

Tuition fees (per year)
All foreign students are provided with the hostel accommodation. Students live in block rooms with all modern conveniences; each block includes 8 rooms with two or tree beds. The hostels have the staff of permanent employees. The hostels are furnished with required implements and equipment, furniture.
The University provides facilities for recreation and self-training, cultural and sports activities, hot meals facilities.
The University has a good sport basis supplied with all necessary equipment: 3 sport complex, training-rehabilitation centre, a stadium, large playing gymnasium, table tennis gymnasium, training gymnasium, training-rehabilitation gymnasium, ski lodge.
A special attention is given to sports and health pro- phylactic, as well as to healthy way of life propaganda. Every year the University organizes a complex sport and athletic meeting with two branches — “Sports” and “Health”.
The University has 4 museums, 53 clubs and com- panies, 30 sporting clubs with more than 2500 students involved.
Every year the University organizes a contest of pedagogical skills “The best teacher of the year”, “Miss University”, the first-year students contest “Let’s get acquainted”, art contest “Zvezdny Put” and many oth- ers.
The Mogilev State A. Kuleshov University is one of the oldest higher educational establishments in Belarus. The official date of The Mogilev Teachers’ School foundation is 1 July 1913. The first graduation took place in 1916. In December 1918 The Teachers’ School was reorganized into Teachers-Training Col- lege and received a status of higher educational estab- lishment. In 1997 the College was reorganized in to University.
