History
1993 — starting the institute under the title “Nonstate Academy of Parliamentarism and Entrepreneurship”.
1998 — renaming the establishment into “Nonstate Institute of Parliamentarism and Entrepreneurship” on request of its cofounders.
2004 — obtaining the name Private educational establishment “Institute of Parliamentarism and Entrepreneurship”.
2005 — opening out-of-town educational and sports centre “Lasiny Kut” with a modern educational building and an artificial reservoir.
2005, 2008 — commissioning and equipping new educational buildings № 1 and № 2.

Sports Facilities
Students American football team “Minsk Bisons” has functioned since the creation of the Institute and is a numerous prizewinner of CIS Championship and a participant of large international competitions.
The Institute rents exercise, sports and playing rooms for physical training lessons from sports and fitness complex of JSC “Minsk Factory of Refrigerarors Atlant”.
