2001 — opening postgraduate department under the speciality 08.00.05 “Economics and Managing Public Economy”;

2009 — Young Scientists’ Council creation;
2009 — starting the second stage of higher education (Master’s Degree) under the speciality 1-25 80 04 “Economics and Managing Public Economy”.
